After proudly serving more than 28 years in the United States military, I retired with a wealth of knowledge, invaluable life experiences, and a deep appreciation for discipline, accountability, and attention to detail.

Throughout my military career, one principle remained constant: attention to detail is not simply important—it is essential. Overlooking even the smallest detail can have significant consequences, particularly when the safety and well-being of others are at stake. This principle shaped my leadership, work ethic, and commitment to doing things right, and it continues to guide me today.

My journey into the property inspection industry was influenced by both professional experience and personal challenges. Like many property buyers, I encountered unfavorable experiences during real estate transactions that resulted in costly lessons. Those experiences reinforced a simple but powerful truth: "You don't know what you don't know." Unfortunately, what you don't know about a property can sometimes cost you significantly.

Rather than allowing those experiences to define me, I chose to turn them into motivation to help others avoid similar situations.

I've always had a natural curiosity about residential, commercial, and industrial structures—how they are constructed, how their systems operate, and how their interior and exterior components work together. Understanding the complexities of buildings, identifying potential deficiencies, and recognizing conditions that could affect safety, functionality, and long-term investment value genuinely interest me.

Combining my military background, personal experiences, technical curiosity, and desire to help others ultimately led me to establish Armor Residential & Commercial Inspection, LLC.

Property inspection and assessment consulting provide the challenges, continuous learning, and sense of purpose that I valued throughout my military career.
