Annual Maintenance Inspection
WHAT IS A MAINTENANCE INSPECTION?
An Annual Maintenance Inspection is a comprehensive visual examination of a commercial or residential property. It is designed to identify defects in specific systems and components, as delineated in the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP) and Inspection Certification Associates, and to monitor the condition of a building or home over time for purposes of capital management and home investment protection.
An inspection is performed on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof, topography, parking lots, landscaping, hardscaping, ventilation, HVAC systems, life and fire safety, and commercial kitchens.
BENEFITS OF OBTAINING A MAINTENANCE INSPECTION:
Helps to understand the property and its components’ conditions to make cost-effective decisions for immediate and delayed maintenance.
Helps mitigate emergency repairs.
Provides an accurate report that summarizes findings and recommendations.
Although we offer single inspections, multi-year contracts cultivate a relationship and enable the inspector to follow up on repairs and maintenance noted in the previous report.
